Paul Foster
Founder & Chair of the Board
Paul was one of the original founders of Blue Sky Care in 2004 and has been with the business ever since. Paul sat on the board since then and has a high level and strategic overview of the business.
Duncan Foster
Director
Duncan joined Blue Sky Care in 2023, originally as a management consultand, before becoming a director in 2025. His role looks to set the direction of the company and oversee day to day financial and operational decisions. Duncan has over 10 years experience in board level roles previous to joining Blue Sky Care and brings that experience into the care sector.
John Carter
Care Director
John has a wealth of experience in the care sector and has been with Blue Sky Care since 2011. John's remit is simply; deliver care excellence accross the entire company. This is a task he approaches with energy and enthusiasm as well as, most importantly, a genuine care for the service users that we care for.
Kerri Ballie
Head of Supported Living
Kerri has grown the supported living arm of the business from nothing into a thriving community of service users that we care for. Passionate about care, hard working and experienced - our supported living service users are in the best possible hands.
